Snickerdoodle Truffle Bites (Printable Version)

Creamy white chocolate bites with cinnamon-sugar coating and a smooth, spiced filling to savor.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 14.3-ounce package Golden Oreo sandwich cookies (approximately 36 cookies)
02 - 8 ounces block-style cream cheese, softened

→ Flavoring

03 - 4 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
04 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

→ Coating

05 - 20 ounces Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers, divided and melted

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Process the Golden Oreos in a food processor until finely ground into crumbs.
02 - In a large bowl, blend the crushed Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon until smooth and evenly mixed.
03 - Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll into balls. Arrange the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes to firm.
04 - Mix granulated sugar with 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon in a small bowl.
05 - Meanwhile, melt white chocolate wafers following package instructions, then allow to cool slightly.
06 - Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Roll immediately in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat evenly.
07 - Place coated truffles back onto the parchment-lined sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the coating is firm.
08 - Remove truffles from fridge and serve as a sweet treat.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure cream cheese is softened prior to mixing for smooth texture.
02 - Adjust cinnamon quantity according to personal preference.
