In a large bowl, blend the crushed Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon until smooth and evenly mixed.

Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll into balls. Arrange the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes to firm.

Mix granulated sugar with 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon in a small bowl.

Meanwhile, melt white chocolate wafers following package instructions, then allow to cool slightly.

Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Roll immediately in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat evenly.
