→ Biscuit and Finishing

09 - 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough (10 count)
10 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded cheese, mayonnaise or cream cheese, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until creamy and well blended.
02 - Flatten each biscuit round to approximately 4 to 5 inches in diameter. Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons of the seafood mixture onto the center. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal, forming filled pockets.
03 - Arrange filled biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush tops evenly with melted butter to promote a glossy, golden crust.
04 - Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 13 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
05 - Let biscuits rest several minutes after baking to allow filling to set. Serve warm with optional dipping sauces such as spicy aioli, garlic butter, or marinara.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Add lemon zest to the filling for enhanced citrus flavor. Experiment with different cheeses to customize taste.
