03 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
04 - 1 tbsp bottled lemon juice (optional)
05 - 21 oz cherry pie filling

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Place cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice (if using) in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well blended.
02 - Add 1 box of graham cracker crumbs to the cream mixture and mix until the texture resembles cookie dough, scraping down the sides as needed.
03 - Gently mix in the entire can of cherry pie filling with an electric mixer until just combined to preserve cherry texture.
04 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour or until well chilled.
05 - Roll chilled mixture into 1-inch balls and coat each in remaining graham cracker crumbs. Store finished balls in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use premium cherry pie filling for a better cherry-to-filling ratio.
02 - For a tropical twist, fold in 1/2 cup coconut flakes with the cherry filling.
03 - For a chocolate variation, coat the balls in melted chocolate instead of graham cracker crumbs.
04 - For best flavor and texture, chill the cheesecake balls for at least 4 hours before serving.
