Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into egg mixture, then coat evenly with bread crumb mixture.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Transfer seared chicken breasts to the prepared baking dish.

Combine remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic. Sprinkle evenly over chicken breasts.
