08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1/4 cup milk

10 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
02 - In a shallow dish, mix bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
03 - In a separate shallow dish, whisk together eggs and milk until combined.
04 - Place all-purpose flour in a third shallow dish for coating chicken.
05 - Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into egg mixture, then coat evenly with bread crumb mixture.
06 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
07 - Transfer seared chicken breasts to the prepared baking dish.
08 - Combine remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic. Sprinkle evenly over chicken breasts.
09 - Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese topping is melted and bubbly.
