# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Sliders

01 - 55 grams pickled hot cherry peppers, sliced
02 - 55 grams pepperoncini, sliced
03 - 9 slices of provolone cheese
04 - 140 grams pepperoni, sliced thin
05 - 140 grams salami, sliced thin
06 - 170 grams ham, thinly sliced
07 - 12 soft sandwich rolls, cut in half horizontally

→ Topping

08 - 2 cloves garlic, fresh and crushed
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian herb blend
10 - 60 millilitres melted salted butter

→ To Serve (Optional)

11 - 240 millilitres of marinara for dipping

# Steps to Cook:

01 - After pulling them out of the oven, cut up the sliders and enjoy while they're warm. If you like, dunk them in marinara.
02 - Pop the foil over the pan and bake at 175°C for half an hour. You're looking for those tops to turn a nice golden color and the cheese to get melty.
03 - Cover the top buns all over with your seasoned butter using the brush, making sure every bit gets a little flavor.
04 - Grab a bowl and stir together the melted butter, the Italian seasoning, and your crushed garlic. Mix till it all looks blended.
05 - Top off your loaded bottoms with the upper parts of your rolls. Next, spread out your cherry peppers and pepperoncini over the cheese. Add the provolone. Drop on the pepperoni, then the salami. Start with the ham, layering it right on top of the bottoms of the rolls inside the pan.
06 - Fire up your oven to 175°C. Get your baking pan ready to go.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Use a serrated knife to slice the rolls so they don't squish, and go for fresh garlic if you really want big flavor.
