01 - 4 large wheat flour tortillas

→ Meat and Seasoning

02 - 1.1 lbs ground beef
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Salt to taste
07 - Black pepper to taste

→ Cheese

08 - 4 slices Cheddar cheese

→ Condiments

09 - 4 tablespoons ketchup
10 - 4 tablespoons mustard

→ Vegetables

11 - 1 small onion, sliced into rings
12 - 1 medium tomato, sliced
13 - 2 cups fresh lettuce or arugula

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned. Season with paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Once fully cooked, remove from heat and allow to rest briefly.
02 - Place a slice of Cheddar cheese on the hot ground beef to let it melt slightly.
03 - Gently warm the wheat tortillas in a skillet or microwave to increase flexibility for rolling.
04 - Spread ketchup and mustard evenly over each warm tortilla. Add the ground beef with melted cheese, then top with onion rings, tomato slices, and fresh lettuce.
05 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly. Lightly oil a grill pan or regular pan over medium heat and grill each wrap for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
