01 -
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add green beans and cook until bright green and just tender, about 5 to 6 minutes. Immediately transfer beans to a bowl of ice water to halt cooking and preserve color.
02 -
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, and Dan-O's Cheesoning or substitute blend until a smooth, thick paste forms.
03 -
Drain and thoroughly pat green beans dry. Arrange 5 to 7 beans per bundle. Wrap each bundle with half a slice of bacon, positioning the seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet or oven-safe skillet. Repeat to form all bundles.
04 -
Sprinkle additional Dan-O's Cheesoning or substitute seasoning lightly over the bundles if desired. Brush or spoon a generous amount of the brown sugar glaze over each bundle, ensuring tops are fully coated.
05 -
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Roast bundles for 30 to 35 minutes, or until bacon is golden and crisp and beans are tender yet hold their shape. Baste with any pan drippings before serving.
