02 - 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 medium onion, diced
04 - 1 bell pepper, diced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

06 - 2 cups shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend

→ Liquids and Seasonings

07 - 1 cup beef broth
08 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Boil salted water and cook tortellini for 3 to 5 minutes until they float; drain thoroughly.
02 - Sauté thinly sliced beef steak in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
03 - Using the same skillet, cook diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
04 - Return beef to the skillet, add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning, then simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
05 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Fold cooked tortellini and 1 cup of shredded cheese into the beef mixture, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
