Boil salted water and cook tortellini for 3 to 5 minutes until they float; drain thoroughly.

Sauté thinly sliced beef steak in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 4 to 5 minutes, then remove and set aside.

Using the same skillet, cook diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic until tender, approximately 5 minutes.

Return beef to the skillet, add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning, then simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Fold cooked tortellini and 1 cup of shredded cheese into the beef mixture, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
