# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Rollups

06 - 6 large flour tortillas
07 - 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
02 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Lay flour tortillas flat on a surface.
03 - Brush each tortilla with garlic butter mixture. Evenly distribute crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses on top. Add chopped chives if desired.
04 - Tightly roll each tortilla from one end into a spiral. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Brush rollup tops with remaining garlic butter. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown, crispy, and cheese is melted.
06 - Remove from oven, cool slightly, then slice rollups into bite-sized pieces. Arrange on serving platter and serve immediately.
