01 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

02 - 1 cup cooked jasmine rice

04 - 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil

06 - 1 cup broccoli florets
07 - 1 cup sliced carrots
08 - 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
09 - 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1 teaspoon ginger powder
12 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.
02 - In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cooked jasmine rice, chicken broth, broccoli florets, sliced carrots, diced bell pepper, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and evenly spread the mixture inside.
04 - Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
05 - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender and the casserole is heated through.
06 - Allow to cool slightly, then garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
