In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cooked jasmine rice, chicken broth, broccoli florets, sliced carrots, diced bell pepper, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and evenly spread the mixture inside.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender and the casserole is heated through.
