# Everything You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20)

02 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

03 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 2 tbsp melted butter

05 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuit dough

→ Spices

06 - 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat, leaving some for flavor.
03 - Add the minced garlic and dried Italian seasoning to the skillet; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and evenly combined.
05 - Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in each piece and fold the dough tightly into a sealed pouch.
06 - Brush the tops of each pouch with melted butter. Arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
