02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or Italian seasoning)
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until fully mixed.
03 - Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared sheet using a spoon or small scoop, spacing about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly.
