01 - 1.5 frozen bananas
02 - 3 soft Medjool dates, pitted

→ Liquids

03 - 0.5 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more as needed
04 - 0.5 to 0.75 cup cold brew coffee concentrate, to taste

→ Additives and Flavorings

05 - 1 tablespoon almond butter
06 - 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon, plus more for garnish

→ Others

08 - 2 handfuls ice
09 - Chocolate shavings, for garnish

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Combine frozen bananas, cold brew coffee concentrate, unsweetened almond milk, pitted Medjool dates, almond butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend until smooth, adding additional almond milk as needed to facilitate blending.
02 - Add ice to the blender and blend again until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
03 - Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon and chocolate shavings.
