# Steps to Cook:

01 - Combine water and honey; sprinkle yeast on top and let it rest until foamy, about 5 minutes.
02 - In a separate bowl, combine flour, kosher salt, and ground cinnamon thoroughly.
03 - Add the wet yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
04 - Cover the bowl and allow the dough to rise at room temperature for 8 to 10 hours until doubled.
05 - Shape the dough into a loaf, place it in the refrigerator overnight to develop flavor and texture.
