Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Lightly spray your hands with non-stick cooking spray and shape the mixture into small balls. Arrange them on the prepared sheet.

Refrigerate the formed balls for at least 1 hour until firm. Alternatively, freeze to accelerate setting.

Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

Using a fork, dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate to coat thoroughly. Return to the wax paper-lined sheet.
