Mix cooked ground beef with cooked rice, tomato sauce, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and chicken broth until heated through and bubbling.

Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray and pour the meat and rice mixture into it.

While baking, blend the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese with the sour cream until smooth.
