Cheesy French Dip Sliders (Printable Version)

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Biscuits

01 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough, 8 count

→ Filling

02 - 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
03 - 8 slices provolone cheese, halved or quartered
04 - 2 tbsp creamy horseradish sauce

→ Au Jus

05 - 1 packet au jus gravy mix
06 - Water, as instructed on gravy mix packet

→ Finishing

07 - Melted butter, for brushing

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Separate the biscuits and slice each in half horizontally. Gently flatten each piece into a 3-inch diameter circle.
03 - Evenly spread a thin layer of creamy horseradish sauce onto the bottom halves of each biscuit.
04 - Place slices of roast beef and portions of provolone cheese on each biscuit bottom.
05 - Cover each prepared biscuit bottom with the top half and gently press the edges to seal.
06 - Lightly brush the tops of the assembled biscuits with melted butter to ensure a golden, glossy finish after baking.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 18 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
08 - While baking, combine the au jus gravy mix with water according to package instructions and heat until hot.
09 - Serve the baked biscuits warm accompanied by the prepared au jus for dipping.
