05 - Sea salt, to taste

06 - ⅔ cup grated cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese blend

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or an 8-inch oven-safe skillet with avocado oil.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine refried beans, sour cream, diced green chiles, and 1 teaspoon taco seasoning. Stir thoroughly, then taste and adjust seasoning and salt as needed.
03 - Transfer the bean mixture to the prepared pan and spread evenly to the edges. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top, leaving some edges exposed.
04 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dip is bubbling.
05 - Let the dip cool for 5 minutes. Add desired toppings, squeeze lime juice over, and serve with tortilla chips.
