Easy Cheeseburger Gnocchi Skillet (Printable Version)

01 - 1 tbsp unsalted butter
02 - scant 1/3 cup heavy cream
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

04 - 1 large white onion, diced
05 - 4 tsp minced garlic
06 - 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced

07 - 1 lb lean ground beef

08 - 1 lb potato gnocchi
09 - 1 tsp ground cumin
10 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
11 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard
12 - 1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles
13 - 1 cup beef broth
14 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add gnocchi and toast until lightly golden. Remove gnocchi and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, yellow mustard, and minced garlic. Stir to combine.
03 - Add diced tomatoes with green chiles, beef broth, and toasted gnocchi to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until gnocchi is fully cooked.
04 - Remove skillet from heat. Stir in heavy cream and 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
05 - Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and broil in the oven until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
06 - Serve immediately, garnished with thinly sliced green onions.
