# Everything You’ll Need:

01 - 4 big flour tortillas or wraps (try spinach, whole wheat, or sundried tomato)
02 - 100 g leafy greens (spring mix, arugula, or spinach)
03 - 60 ml mayo (classic, light, or any flavor you like)
04 - 1 soft avocado, cut into thin slices
05 - 4 strips crispy bacon
06 - 8 slices deli turkey breast

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Cut each roll in half with a sharp knife, going at a slant. Eat right away or cover with foil or parchment if you're saving them for later.
02 - Fold the ends of your tortilla in, then start rolling from the bottom up. Keep it nice and tight so everything stays inside.
03 - Top the turkey and bacon with avocado slices, then finish with a good amount of greens.
04 - Put two turkey slices in the middle of each tortilla, then add one bacon strip (break it in half to fit, if that's easier).
05 - Grab a spoon or knife and slather about 15 ml of mayo all over each tortilla so you cover the whole surface.
06 - Pop the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds or toss them on a skillet until they're bendy but not too hot.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Rub some lemon or lime on your avocado slices if you want to keep them from turning brown during meal prep.
02 - Switch out the mayo for hummus, ranch, or spicy mustard if you want a new flavor twist.
03 - Toss in extras like sliced tomato, cucumber, cheese, or red onion if you want more stuff inside.
04 - Want fewer carbs? Swap out the tortilla for lettuce leaves or a low-carb wrap.
05 - Bacon gets super crispy if you bake it on foil at 200°C for about 12 to 15 minutes.
