Cut each roll in half with a sharp knife, going at a slant. Eat right away or cover with foil or parchment if you're saving them for later.

Fold the ends of your tortilla in, then start rolling from the bottom up. Keep it nice and tight so everything stays inside.

Top the turkey and bacon with avocado slices, then finish with a good amount of greens.

Put two turkey slices in the middle of each tortilla, then add one bacon strip (break it in half to fit, if that's easier).

Grab a spoon or knife and slather about 15 ml of mayo all over each tortilla so you cover the whole surface.

Pop the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds or toss them on a skillet until they're bendy but not too hot.
