03 - 1/4 cup (68 g) buffalo sauce
04 - 2 cups (280 g) shredded rotisserie chicken
05 - 1/4 cup (28 g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
06 - 1/4 cup (28 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1 teaspoon finely diced green onion

→ Toppings

08 - 3 tablespoons buffalo sauce, divided
09 - 1 teaspoon finely diced green onion, for garnish
10 - Blue cheese or ranch dressing, for dipping

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce until smooth. Incorporate shredded chicken, sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and green onion; mix thoroughly to combine.
02 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 10-inch oven-safe skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
03 - Remove biscuits from the can and on a clean surface, roll each biscuit into a 1/8-inch thick round using a rolling pin.
04 - Divide the filling evenly among biscuits, placing approximately 1/4 cup on each. Pinch edges firmly to seal completely.
05 - Place sealed biscuits seam-side down in the skillet. Brush the tops with 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce, reserving the remainder for later use.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 24 to 26 minutes, or until the biscuits achieve a golden brown color.
07 - Drizzle the remaining buffalo sauce over the baked bombs and sprinkle with green onion. Serve immediately with extra buffalo sauce and blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
