01 - 1 lb breakfast sausage

→ Gravy Base

02 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 cups whole milk
04 - Ground black pepper, to taste

→ Pizza Base

05 - 1 pre-baked pizza crust, 12-inch
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, optional
07 - Cooking spray

→ Eggs

08 - 6 large eggs
09 - 1/4 cup milk

→ Cheese

10 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or more as desired

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook, stirring until fully browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease. Sprinkle flour over the sausage and stir until smoothly incorporated. Gradually pour in 2 cups of milk, stirring frequently. Continue to cook until the gravy thickens to your liking, about 10 minutes. Season the gravy with ground black pepper to taste.
02 - Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lay the pizza crust on a baking sheet and lightly brush the surface with olive oil if using. Evenly spread half of the sausage gravy over the crust.
03 - Spray another large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Whisk together the eggs and 1/4 cup milk in a bowl, then pour into the hot skillet. Scramble the eggs, stirring until they are just set, about 5 minutes.
04 - Spoon the scrambled eggs over the gravy-covered crust. Generously sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
05 - Place the pizza in the oven and bake until the crust turns golden and the cheese is bubbly, 10-15 minutes.
