01 - 1 loaf Italian bread

06 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
07 - 1 tomato, sliced
08 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives

09 - 1/4 cup Italian dressing
10 - 1 tbsp dried oregano

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Slice Italian bread lengthwise into two halves.
03 - Arrange salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly on the bottom half of the bread.
04 - Top the cheese layer with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and black olives.
05 - Drizzle Italian dressing over the vegetable layer, then sprinkle dried oregano evenly on top.
06 - Place the top half of the bread over the fillings and wrap the entire sandwich tightly in aluminum foil.
