Baked Cranberry Brie Bites (Printable Version)

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Pastry

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

→ Cheese

02 - 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes

→ Toppings

03 - ½ cup cranberry sauce, store-bought or homemade
04 - 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
05 - Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin to prevent sticking.
02 - Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square gently into the muffin cups to form a base.
03 - Place one cube of brie into each pastry cup. Spoon cranberry sauce over the cheese, then sprinkle chopped candied pecans if desired.
04 - Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
05 - Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then garnish each bite with a small rosemary sprig before serving.
