03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 24 frozen tater tots
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 cup diced onions

→ Sauce

07 - 1/4 cup ketchup
08 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
09 - 1/4 cup mustard

→ Seasoning

10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in crumbled beef bacon, diced onions, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat.
04 - Using a small knife or spoon, hollow out each tater tot to create a cone shape. Carefully fill each cone with the prepared beef bacon cheeseburger mixture.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filled cones.
06 - Arrange the stuffed tater tot cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until tater tots are golden and cheddar cheese is melted.
07 - In a separate bowl, mix mozzarella cheese with any remaining beef mixture. Top baked cones with this mixture.
08 - Return cones to oven and bake an additional 5–10 minutes, or until cheese topping is bubbly and golden brown.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 375°F for 8–10 minutes to restore crispiness.
02 - For best results, use freshly shredded mozzarella for a better melt.
03 - Assemble ahead: prepare up to 4 hours in advance and bake from cold (add 2–3 extra minutes).
04 - Freeze unbaked cones for up to 2 months. Bake directly from frozen, adding 5–8 minutes to bake time.
