Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in crumbled beef bacon, diced onions, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and remove from heat.

Using a small knife or spoon, hollow out each tater tot to create a cone shape. Carefully fill each cone with the prepared beef bacon cheeseburger mixture.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filled cones.

Arrange the stuffed tater tot cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until tater tots are golden and cheddar cheese is melted.

In a separate bowl, mix mozzarella cheese with any remaining beef mixture. Top baked cones with this mixture.

Return cones to oven and bake an additional 5–10 minutes, or until cheese topping is bubbly and golden brown.
