01 - 4 white fish fillets (tilapia, cod, or similar)
02 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 lemon, juice and zest
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
09 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat until melted and shimmering.
02 - Lightly season both sides of the fish fillets with salt and black pepper.
03 - Place the seasoned fish fillets in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
05 - Stir in lemon juice and zest. Let the sauce simmer for 1 minute to meld the flavors.
06 - Return the cooked fillets to the skillet and spoon lemon butter sauce over the top to coat evenly.
07 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
