02 - 1 cup cucumber, cut into quarters and sliced
03 - 3 cups watermelon, diced into cubes

→ Dressing

04 - 1 pinch black pepper, add more if you like
05 - 0.25 teaspoon fine sea salt, taste and adjust
06 - 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped, more for topping if you want
08 - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Scoop the salad onto a big plate, sprinkle with some extra feta and mint, then eat right away.
