In a skillet, cook ground beef and/or Italian sausage until browned and fully cooked.

Add diced onion, chopped bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened and fragrant.

Transfer the cooked meat and vegetables to a 6-quart slow cooker. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, beans, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and all spices. Stir well.

Cover and cook on high for at least 2 hours or on low for 4 hours or more to develop flavors.
