04 - 3 tablespoons minced pickled jalapeños
05 - 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
06 - 2 teaspoons ground cumin
07 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

→ Tortillas and Filling

10 - 8 medium flour tortillas
11 - 4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
12 - 4 cups shredded cheese blend (Monterey Jack, American, Mozzarella)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapeño juice, minced jalapeños, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well incorporated.
02 - Toss shredded chicken with a portion of the prepared jalapeño sauce until evenly coated.

04 - Cook for approximately 1 minute until the bottom is golden brown. Flip carefully using a spatula and continue cooking the other side for 30 to 60 seconds until both sides are crispy and the cheese is fully melted.
05 - Slice into wedges and serve immediately accompanied by extra jalapeño sauce for dipping.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Additional toppings such as diced tomatoes or onions can be added according to preference. For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with black beans or grilled vegetables.
