# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 15 ml olive oil
02 - 450 g lean or extra lean ground turkey
03 - 12 oz (340 g) broccoli florets, chopped up nice and small
04 - 3 cups (600 g) cooked brown rice or any kind you dig

→ Sweet and Spicy Sauce

05 - 15 ml toasted sesame oil
06 - 10–20 ml Sriracha, turn up or down for your heat vibe
07 - 3 g garlic powder
08 - 30 ml soy sauce
09 - 30 ml honey
10 - 15 ml grated fresh ginger
11 - 80 ml sweet chili sauce

→ Garnishes (optional)

12 - Green onions, sliced thin
13 - Sesame seeds
14 - More sweet chili sauce
15 - Sriracha, for that extra kick

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat up some olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Break up the turkey as you toss it in and cook till browned and all the pink is gone.
02 - Mix up sweet chili sauce, honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger in a bowl. Whisk till smooth and blended.
03 - Pour your spicy sauce into the cooked turkey. Let it simmer a few minutes so it thickens a bit. Add a pinch of salt if you think it needs it.
04 - Toss broccoli pieces into a steamer. Let them steam just a few minutes till they’re bright and have a little crunch left.
05 - Put some hot rice into each of four bowls. Spoon over your zesty turkey, then top with fresh steamed broccoli.
06 - Add extra Sriracha or sweet chili if you love it spicy. Throw on sesame seeds and green onions to finish it off. Time to eat!

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Want it milder? Use less Sriracha. Want heat? Add way more.
02 - Dig in while it's hot so you get the best taste and texture.
