Spicy jalapeños stuffed with brie, blueberry preserves, and honey for a perfect savory-sweet combination.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Vegetables

01 - 10 to 12 fresh jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded

→ Cheese

02 - 6 to 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes

→ Toppings

03 - 1/3 cup blueberry preserves or fresh blueberries
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
06 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
07 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh thyme or parsley (optional)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice the jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds, retaining some seeds if extra heat is preferred.
03 - Arrange the jalapeño halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet and place a cube of brie in each cavity.
04 - Spoon blueberry preserves or fresh blueberries over each brie-filled jalapeño, then drizzle lightly with honey. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, lemon zest, and a pinch of sea salt if desired.
05 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the jalapeños soften slightly and the brie melts.
06 - Garnish with chopped fresh thyme or parsley if desired and serve warm.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Adjust jalapeño seed quantity to control the level of spiciness. Fresh blueberries provide a lighter flavor alternative to preserves.
