Berry Salad Honey Lime (Printable Version)

Chilled mixed berries and crushed mint with honey lime juice—bright, crowd-pleasing, and easy to put together for parties or picnics.

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Salad Base

01 - 2 tablespoons torn fresh mint leaves
02 - 900 g assorted fresh berries (quarter strawberries, hull if needed, plus blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)

→ Dressing

03 - 0.5 g fine sea salt
04 - 30–45 ml honey
05 - 22 ml squeezed lime juice
06 - 1 teaspoon grated lime zest

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Pour your honey-lime mixture over the waiting berries and mint, then softly stir everything together so the fruit gets coated without mashing it. Spoon onto a nice plate or dish. Toss some extra mint on top if you feel fancy. Eat right away or pop it in the fridge till later.
02 - Grab a small bowl and whisk the lime zest, juice, salt, and about 30 ml honey until it comes together. Try it and see if you'd like it sweeter, then drizzle in more honey if you think it needs it.
03 - Wash all the berries gently, then pat them dry with a towel. If your strawberries need hulling or cutting, do it now so everything's a good bite size. Chuck all the fruit and the torn mint into a big bowl.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Keep leftovers in a sealed container in your fridge for a couple of days max, but it tastes best if you eat it on the day you throw it all together.
