04 - 4 oz scallops

05 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 shallot, finely chopped
08 - 0.5 cup heavy cream
09 - 2 oz cream cheese
10 - 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
13 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
14 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 375°F.
02 - Cut off the top of the bread bowl and hollow out the center. Place the hollowed bread in the oven and toast for 8 to 10 minutes until slightly crisp.

04 - Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet and cook until they become opaque. Stir in crab meat and heat through thoroughly.
05 - Reduce heat to low. Pour in heavy cream, then add cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
06 - Incorporate half of the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese into the sauce, stirring until evenly distributed.
07 - Spoon the creamy seafood mixture into the toasted hollowed bread bowl. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
08 - Place the assembled bread bowl in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden, bubbly, and the filling is heated through.
09 - Remove from oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Thaw and drain frozen seafood well to prevent excess moisture. For added heat, incorporate cayenne or red pepper flakes. Prepare the filling in advance and refrigerate until baking.
