01 - 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut horizontally
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 cups spinach, rinsed
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
05 - 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a resealable bag. Add the chicken breasts, seal, and massage to coat evenly. Set aside for 10–15 minutes at room temperature.
02 - Preheat the oven to 400ºF (200°C) and position a rack in the center.
