Pork Noodles Spicy (Printable Version)

This is a stir-fry you’ll love after a long day. Juicy pork, ramen, and a sweet-spicy sauce all come together fast.

# Everything You’ll Need:

01 - Bunch of sliced green onions
02 - Two packages ramen noodles (any), 3 oz each
03 - 1–2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
04 - Half cup soy sauce
05 - Quarter cup brown sugar
06 - 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
07 - 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced thin

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Dump the cooked noodles in your skillet with the sauce. Toss everything so the noodles soak it up. Throw on the green onions before eating.
02 - Sprinkle in brown sugar, pour in soy sauce, and spoon in chili garlic sauce. Give it a good stir, turn the heat down, and let it bubble gently for five minutes.
03 - Add your thin pork slices to a hot skillet with some oil. Let them sear on medium-high until you see some browning.
04 - Toss out the ramen flavor packets. Boil the noodles for three minutes and drain them. Set aside for a bit.
