# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Chicken Marinade

01 - 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
02 - 1 tablespoon tamari sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon orange juice
04 - Black pepper, to taste
05 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch or arrowroot powder
06 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

→ Honey-Ginger Sauce

07 - 1/3 cup tamari sauce
08 - 2 tablespoons orange juice
09 - 0.25 cup honey
10 - 2 to 3 tablespoons chili paste
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
12 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped

→ Yum Yum Sauce

13 - 1/3 cup olive oil mayonnaise
14 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
15 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
16 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
17 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

18 - 3 to 4 cups cooked rice

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 425°F.
02 - On a large baking sheet, combine chicken with 1 tablespoon tamari, 1 tablespoon orange juice, and black pepper. Lightly toss with cornstarch. Drizzle olive oil over chicken and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
03 - Whisk together 1/3 cup tamari, 2 tablespoons orange juice, honey, chili paste, chopped garlic, and chopped ginger in a medium bowl while chicken bakes.
04 - Remove chicken from oven after 15 minutes, pour two-thirds of the honey-ginger sauce over, and toss to coat. Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes. Switch oven to broil and broil chicken for 1 to 2 minutes to char edges. Optionally drizzle remaining sauce once cooked.
05 - Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
06 - Distribute cooked rice into bowls. Top with sliced chicken, cucumber, avocado, kimchi, and fried wontons. Drizzle with Yum Yum Sauce before serving.
