# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 400 g spaghetti
02 - 300 g shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 200 g cream cheese, plain or with herbs
04 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1 small onion, finely diced
06 - 150 ml vegetable stock
07 - 100 ml cream (optional)
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil
09 - Juice of ½ lemon
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Black pepper, to taste
12 - Fresh dill, parsley or basil, for garnish
13 - Chili flakes (optional)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Reserve 100 ml of the pasta water before draining.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the onion until translucent, then add the garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
03 - Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink and fully cooked. Drizzle with lemon juice and remove from the pan.
04 - In the same pan, stir in cream cheese, vegetable stock, and cream if using. Mix until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
05 - Return drained spaghetti and cooked shrimp to the pan. Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water to reach desired sauce consistency.
06 - Heat gently until evenly warmed. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Avoid overcooking the shrimp to maintain tenderness.
02 - Stir in grated Parmesan for additional creaminess.
03 - Deglaze with white wine after sautéing onion for extra depth.
04 - Substitute cream with milk or use light cream cheese for a lighter option.
