01 - 16 ounces frozen sweet peas, thawed or canned peas
02 - 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
03 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions or regular onions
04 - 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds or 1/2 cup chopped celery

05 - 4 to 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, or 1 cup cooked chopped ham (optional)

06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or preferred cheese
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream

08 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - A sprinkle of cayenne pepper

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add the thawed sweet peas, chopped hard-boiled eggs, crumbled bacon or ham, chopped green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - Sprinkle black pepper, salt, garlic powder, celery seeds or chopped celery, and cayenne pepper over the mixture; stir thoroughly to distribute evenly.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth, then pour over the pea mixture and gently fold to coat all ingredients.
