Spray the inside of a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Evenly sprinkle taco seasoning, kosher salt, and cracked black pepper over the chicken.

Pour diced tomatoes with green chilies and diced green chilies over the seasoned chicken.

Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until chicken is tender and easily shredded.

Use two forks to shred the chicken in the slow cooker. Stir in salsa con queso until fully combined.

Spoon the queso chicken mixture onto street taco-size flour tortillas. Add optional toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and sour cream as desired before serving.
