01 - 2 to 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Seasoning

02 - 1 ounce mild taco seasoning packet
03 - Kosher salt to taste
04 - Cracked black pepper to taste

05 - 10 ounces mild diced tomatoes and green chilies with juice
06 - 4 ounces diced green chilies
07 - 15 ounces salsa con queso

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Spray the inside of a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Evenly sprinkle taco seasoning, kosher salt, and cracked black pepper over the chicken.
03 - Pour diced tomatoes with green chilies and diced green chilies over the seasoned chicken.
04 - Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until chicken is tender and easily shredded.
05 - Use two forks to shred the chicken in the slow cooker. Stir in salsa con queso until fully combined.
06 - Spoon the queso chicken mixture onto street taco-size flour tortillas. Add optional toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and sour cream as desired before serving.
