09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1 teaspoon paprika
13 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
14 - 1 to 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
15 - 8 oz can tomato sauce
16 - 1/4 cup ketchup
17 - 1 tablespoon mustard
18 - 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce

→ Topping

19 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Peel and dice potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Toss with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, shaking basket occasionally to crisp evenly.
02 - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef and chopped onion, breaking up meat as it cooks. Season with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
03 - Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and BBQ sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer over low heat while potatoes cook.
04 - Add crispy potatoes to the skillet with the beef mixture and stir to incorporate. Evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
05 - Place skillet under the broiler until cheese melts and bubbles, watching carefully to prevent burning. Remove and serve immediately.
