Rocky Road Fudge Delight (Printable Version)

# Everything You’ll Need:

→ Base

01 - 2 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
02 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

→ Mix-ins

03 - 3 cups mini marshmallows
04 - 1 cup peanuts
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Line a 9x10-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it, ensuring the paper extends over the sides for easy removal.
02 - Combine the sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
03 - Fold in the mini marshmallows, peanuts, and vanilla extract. Note that the hot chocolate mixture may partially melt the marshmallows, resulting in swirled textures.
04 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Allow to cool and firm at room temperature for approximately 2 hours or refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
05 - Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper edges and cut into 20 equal pieces.
