# Everything You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb thinly sliced steak

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
03 - 1 medium onion, sliced

04 - 8-10 slices White American cheese or mozzarella

05 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt
06 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

08 - 20 oz frozen waffle-cut fries

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F to prepare for baking.
02 - Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and steak slices. Season with garlic salt and black pepper, cook 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove steak and set aside.
03 - Reserve 1 tablespoon of cooking juices, add bell pepper and onion to skillet, sauté 4-5 minutes until softened and caramelized. Remove and set aside.
04 - Spread waffle fries evenly in skillet, layer 4 cheese slices over fries, top with cooked steak and sautéed vegetables. Repeat layering ending with remaining cheese slices.
05 - Place skillet in oven and bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
