07 - 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

10 - Tortilla strips, as desired
11 - 4 burrito-size flour tortillas

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
02 - Stir in taco seasoning and water to the browned beef, simmer and cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and chipotle sauce until smooth and well blended.
