01 - 1 lb lean ground beef
02 - 1 oz taco seasoning
03 - 1/2 cup water

→ Tortilla & Assembly

04 - 6 large flour tortillas
05 - 16 oz shredded Mexican cheese blend
06 - 1/2 cup pico de gallo salsa

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a large pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat, then return beef to the pan.
02 - Stir in taco seasoning and water, breaking the meat into small crumbles with a spatula.
03 - Bring to a simmer and cook gently for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
04 - Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 15–20 seconds until pliable.
05 - Spoon hot beef mixture onto each tortilla; top with cheese and pico de gallo. Fold sides and roll tightly into wraps.
06 - Wrap each filled tortilla in a damp paper towel and microwave for 15 seconds to melt cheese and soften tortillas further.
07 - Unwrap and serve immediately while filling is hot and cheese is gooey.
