Slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Spread marinara sauce evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls, then layer all 24 slices of pepperoni over the sauce.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pepperoni layer.

Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese and press down lightly to compact.

Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and dried oregano in a small bowl. Brush this mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the tops, cover the dish loosely with foil, and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 7 to 8 minutes until cheese is fully melted and tops are golden brown.

Optionally sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the sliders. Slice and serve warm.
