01 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped
02 - 1 red bell pepper, chopped
03 - 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
04 - 1 white onion, chopped
05 - 3 tablespoons oil
06 - 2 lbs ground beef
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Pepper, to taste
09 - 2 ounces cream cheese
10 - 3 tablespoons ketchup
11 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
12 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
13 - 1/2 cup water
14 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
15 - 4 hamburger buns

# Steps to Cook:

01 - In a large pan over medium-high heat, sauté chopped bell peppers and onion in oil until tender. Remove and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, cook ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Return peppers and onion to the pan with the cooked beef. Add cream cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, water, and additional salt and pepper. Stir well and cook until thick and bubbling.
04 - Turn off heat and stir in shredded cheese until fully melted and combined.
05 - Spoon the mixture onto toasted hamburger buns. Top with extra cheese if desired.
