In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and desired consistency is achieved.

Dip each waffle donut into the glaze, turning to coat evenly. Allow excess glaze to drip off. Optionally, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and let set before serving.
