06 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 0.5 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
09 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
10 - 450 grams ground beef
11 - 1 tablespoon veggie oil

→ Taco Assembly

12 - 1 lime, sliced into wedges
13 - 60 milliliters sour cream (totally optional)
14 - 15 grams fresh cilantro, chopped up
15 - 1 medium red or white onion, chopped
16 - 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
17 - 120 grams shredded Mexican cheese mix
18 - 8 small flour tortillas

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Spread 2–3 spoonfuls of the beef mixture onto a warm tortilla. Toss on the cheese, some diced tomato, onion, and a bit of cilantro. If you’re feeling it, finish up with a squeeze of lime and a dollop of sour cream.
02 - You can warm tortillas in a dry pan for about 30 seconds per side, or just follow the package. Want those charred spots? Put them right over a gas burner for a few seconds.
03 - Add your cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, tomato paste, and beef broth into the pan. Knock the heat down halfway and stir every now and then. Let it bubble for 3 to 5 minutes till you see it thicken. Take it off the heat and let it rest.
04 - Pour veggie oil into a big skillet and let it get hot on medium-high for about 2 minutes. Pop in the ground beef and break it up as it cooks. Keep at it until it's nicely browned, which takes 6 to 8 minutes.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Keep all your taco fixings separate in their own containers in the fridge. They'll stay good for around 4 days and the textures won’t get weird.
02 - The beef part freezes super well for as long as 3 months. Stick it in a sealed container, thaw in the fridge overnight, then just reheat gently before eating.
03 - If the beef dries out after a while, just splash in some water when you reheat it and it'll be saucy again.
04 - You can swap in corn tortillas if you don’t want gluten. Just drop the cheese and sour cream for dairy-free tacos.
