Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, then drain excess fat.

Stir crumbled bacon and maple syrup into the cooked beef. Mix well to coat evenly. Set aside.

Lay tortillas flat. On one half of each, sprinkle cheese, spoon over the beef mixture, add optional extras, then top with more cheese. Fold tortillas in half to close.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or non-stick spray. Grill quesadillas 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted, pressing gently with a spatula.

Let quesadillas rest briefly, then slice into wedges. Serve with extra maple syrup or your preferred dipping sauce.
