14 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped gherkins (dill pickles)
15 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
16 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
17 - 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
18 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
19 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
20 - 1 to 2 tablespoons water

→ To Serve

21 - 1 large romaine lettuce, cut into strips
22 - 2.1 ounces shredded cheddar cheese or preferred burger cheese
23 - 7 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
24 - ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
25 - 1.6 ounces sliced gherkins (dill pickles)

# Steps to Cook:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (400°F fan-forced). Spread potatoes evenly in a large baking dish or divide between two dishes to avoid overlapping. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
02 - Bake the potatoes for 40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until crisp and golden.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 minutes until softened. Add ground beef and cook 4 to 5 minutes until browning, breaking it up while cooking. Stir in salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper; cook for an additional minute. Remove from heat.
04 - In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped gherkins, Dijon mustard, ketchup, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Add water gradually, up to 2 tablespoons, until the desired consistency is achieved.
05 - Divide romaine lettuce among four bowls. Layer baked potatoes, beef mixture, and shredded cheese. Top with cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and gherkins. Drizzle with burger sauce and serve immediately.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter variation.
